As opposed to
Neptune which was not really distinguishable from a star in my 4.5 inch scope even at decently high magnitudes, Uranus can clearly be identified as a planet with sufficient magnification but it is impossible to make out any detail. So here are a couple of photos to show its movement within Pisces over the span of around a couple of weeks.
Technical Details:
Scope: Starblast 4.5; tracking on
Magnification: ~30x
Camera: iPhone6 using NightCap Pro; ISO 8000
Photos: 1x15 sec. image
