As Tom Perez said yesterday, there is no such thing as an off-year election. In fact, for the most part but perhaps not with the current administration, state and local elections effect most citizens far more than national ones. There is still time to do a little research on the candidates and issues in your area and make an informed a decision. Then go and vote.
